We use Market-fresh vegetables, and our meat is grass-raised in the lushest of Australian fields, not made in factories! We literally source millions of dollars per annum of Lamb, Beef, Salmon and cheese from Tasmania to use in all of our kitchens nation-wide. WE REALLY DO LOVE TASSIE!
